Legal framework
This policy is governed by Colombia’s Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013.
Information we collect
Name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address, stay dates, and number of guests. At check-in, we also collect information required by law for hotel registration, such as identity document and nationality.
Purposes of processing
To manage reservations and inquiries; communicate with guests; complete hotel registration and legally required reports, including the Hotel Registration Card and reports to Migración Colombia for foreign guests; issue invoices; and handle requests, complaints, and claims. We send hotel information only when the data subject authorizes it.
Your rights
Under Article 8 of Law 1581 of 2012, you may access, update, and correct your data; request proof of your authorization; be informed of how your data is used; lodge complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio; revoke authorization and/or request deletion, subject to the law.
Inquiries and complaints
Write to gerente@inmobiliariajng.com. Inquiries are answered within a maximum of 10 business days and complaints within a maximum of 15 business days, in accordance with the law.
Security and confidentiality
We protect personal information through security and confidentiality measures. We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties, except where legally required.
Minors’ information
We process minors’ information with respect for their best interests and with authorization from their legal representative.
Effective date
This policy is effective from its publication in September 2026. Data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes described.
